Where do I go to for support?

There are four ways:
1. Ask our community or create a ticket on our Discord server
Create a ticket here once you've joined!
2. Chat with us by clicking on the bottom right speech bubble icon on our website
(Note: We don't recommend this if you have an issue with a server you purchased from us, as we won't be able to verify your identity.
3. Email us at suppport@geyser.host
4. Message us on Telegram! @geyserhost_bot

Changing your server's Minecraft version

From your server console, go to the Startup tab and set your desired Minecraft version. Then go to the Settings tab and reinstall server.
We're working on allowing you to choose the Minecraft version while creating your server from the dashboard - stay tuned!

Reset a world

If you're using Bukkit, Spigot, Paper or a fork of any of these, remove the folder specified in the level-name field in your server.properties file as well as the corresponding nether and end folders. By default this is the world, world_nether and world_the_end folders, but please check to ensure that you're deleting the right folders if you've modified the default level name, especially if you're using a world management plugin like Multiverse, Multiworld or Hyperverse! If you're using any other type of server, remove the folder specified in the level-name field in your server.properties file. By default this is the world folder.

Automating/scheduing server tasks

Go to your server and click on the "Schedules" tab. If you're stuck at the "Cron" part, this website should help: https://crontab.guru

Can I claim more than one welcome gift by downloading more than one earning app?

No. However, some earning apps may have their own referral rewards which you can get by referrering others to their service. These can help you to earn more Geysercoins faster.

If GeyserHost isn't right for me, how do I delete my account?

Okay, quick side note, I can't help but notice how many other FAQ pages has this question or something similar popped up as the first question. To documentation writers out there, please don't do that, it only looks bad on your business.

With that aside, if you find that GeyserHost isn't able to offer what you're looking for, you can contact support (first question on this page) to have your account deleted. We will delete your account as soon as we can.
